Ryan Jeter's Mind@Large

Iowa City native and founding Euforquestra member Ryan Jeter has assembled an all-star cast of Des Moines-based musicians to record and perform new and original
funk and groove music. In addition to featuring his collaborative partner and Euforquestra bandmate Matthew Wright, the M@L welcomes up-and-coming Des Moines-based singer/songwriter Annie Kemble who was recently featured on Studio One with host Tony Dehner on Iowa Public Radio. The band will play a few of her original tunes arranged by Jeter. You can expect to hear a unique combination of funk, soul, New Orleans jazz, reggae, roots, and dub.

For more than 25 years, Kevin Burt has been electrifying audiences throughout the Midwest dispelling the myth that true blues has no roots in Iowa. His soul-inspired presentation is unique, which consistently gets him compared to a range of artists like Bill Withers and Aaron Neville, with the ability to build an audience rapport that has been compared to B.B. King. Kevin's bringing the full band this time so the groove will be even more funky this time. Big Love!
